SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME
Items are shipped out within 2-3 days of purchase via USPS. Occasionally this time may be longer due to bad weather and road conditions. We get quite a bit of snow in the Months of November-March.
Delivery time varies depending on delivery location. Items ship out of Colfax, CA or Auburn, CA.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us for a resolution. We always take care of our customers and want to make it right.

For Online Purchases:
We understand things can seem different on a website vs. in person. If you would like to return your item purchased online for a refund you may ship the item back within 15 days of receipt at your expense (unless there is a special circumstance) and a refund will be issued upon receipt & inspection of the item.

For Pop-Up Market Purchases:
We do not typically offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased at in-person markets. However, if there is some sort of special circumstance, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Brandee Mae Creations.
